I created this site as a cozy place where I can explore topics that bring joy and magic to my life, in the hopes that it does the same for you.

That means, if you enjoy reading about books, Trader Joe’s, creativity, warm beverages, changing seasons, and the cities I dream about visiting, then we should definitely be friends.

And yes, there will be cat content. Lots of cat content.

…and this is Binx.

Speaking of cat content, this kitty and I met on a snowy day two years ago, and I can’t imagine my life without him in it. So, naturally, he had to make an appearance on this online space too.

My favorite thing about Binx is that—like most cats—he lives his life on his own terms as much as possible. He hates being held, and you can’t convince you to hang out with you—I try daily. He does love to snuggle when he’s in the mood and command my attention by sitting on my keyboard. But, he’s cute, so I’ll allow it.
